How do I cancel my subscription?
Our mission is to keep you happy. If your subscription is not meeting your expectations, let us know by sending us an email to info@kinkbox.co. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best service. Alternatively, you can login to your account and cancel your subscription. You can always subscribe again later.
Please note, if you cancel after the 1st of the month, you will still receive your box for that current month.
What happens if I cancel on a billing date, such as March 1st?
To prevent being billed and shipped a new box, your subscription must be cancelled at least 4 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
Do I have the option to put my subscription on hold?
Yes! Simply log into your account, click on your subscription and click “hold subscription”. Your information will be saved with us so when you are ready to start receiving Kinkbox again, just click reactivate.
What should I do if I receive a product that doesn’t work?
Our goal is to provide you with high quality products, however, on occasion there are faulty items. Should you receive a product that is damaged, broken or does not work, please contact us at info@kinkbox.co and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.
What is your return policy?
At Kinkbox, we offer a 30-day defective return policy. If you receive something that is defective, send us an email with your first and last name, email address and pictures of the defective item to info@kinkbox.co letting us know of the problem. Our team will respond as quickly as possible to rectify the issue.
*Due to product availability, we may need to substitute the item for something equal or greater value.
I changed my mind and want a refund.
Once you have signed up and are charged for a shipment, the billing automatically generates and refunds are not given. We know this might be an inconvenience and we apologize, but we think you’ll change your mind once you receive your package.
My address has changed and I just got a shipping notification.
If you have already received a shipping notification, your package has already been shipped. If the box is returned to sender, you (the purchaser) are responsible to pay the shipping costs associated with the re-shipment of the box. To ensure it does not happen again, sign into your account and update your shipping information.
I put the wrong address and the package returned to sender.

I was charged a customs fee when my package was delivered. What is this?
Kinkbox is not responsible for any customs fees. Generally, the receiver pays the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price, type of item, package weight, dimensions, origin country, taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Should you deny paying the customs fee and not accepting the package, no refund can be given to the purchaser.
